Do you offer customization to the surveys and reports?
As part of the onboarding process, we can offer light customization to the standard templates, for example softening some of the mandatories on the questions. However, for other customisations such as report changes, questions being added/removed etc, this would require a quotation and upgrade to our larger auditing and inspections software, Insight. For more information please contact our sales team.
What if I want my own template to be uploaded?
If you have a current survey that you would like digitizing, this is more than feasible with a subscription to our larger auditing and inspection software Insight. With Insight, you have access to our survey designer where you can create the audit yourself, or we can do it in-house for you (quotation fees apply). Additionally, if you have a report, you’d like us to digitize, we can offer this too.
Do you price by asset, building or inspection?
No. The only prices we charge for our standard Fire Safety app are for the monthly or annual subscription. Whether you do ten surveys or one hundred, the price remains the same regardless.
Why do I have to choose a project and building?
Projects and buildings are fundamental to our audits. When generating reports, attaching them to a building and project allows you to filter by them within our web portal, and on our fire door reports you can generate entire reports for each building which display all of the fire doors assessed within that single building. It also allows you to keep all of your clients’ reports in one place, which is especially useful when you are inspecting multiple of their sites/buildings.
Can I put my own logo on the reports?
Yes, you can upload your own logo to print onto all reports in the Billing page of the admin portal. However, the copyright footer at the bottom of the page cannot be removed on our standard output report.
Can I edit the audit once it’s been completed?
If you have made a mistake on one of your audits or want to include more information in them after they’ve been completed, you can unpublish it within the Mobiess web portal and then send it back to your device or edit your answers within the portal. Please note that the audit must have been completed and sent to our server for you to be able to do this.
Do you offer client portals, so my client can view the data and audits we’ve been collecting?
We currently do not offer client-specific portals, however you can add an extra license to your plan and create a client user account, with specific roles so that your client has access to the web portal too.
Can I switch between devices once downloading?
Yes, you can switch the Fire Safety app over from one device to another. Please note that once this is done, you will not be able to log into the app from your old device, as our licenses cover one device per user.
How do I add more users?
Yes, you can add or remove users from your subscription as you wish. Simply increase or decrease the number of licenses you have on your account then add new users in the User section of the admin portal.
Do I need a separate license to view the reports on my laptop/computer?
No, you do not need to purchase any additional licenses to access your reports on our web portals.
Can I add my own location types?
Our templates come preconfigured with a large list of different location types, so you can be more specific about the area/location of the door. However, if these are not suitable for your requirements, you can add your own location types in our web portal; there’s more information on how to do this available on our online knowledge base.
