The RICS Home Survey Level 1 aims to deliver a visual inspection which allows the surveyor to describe the construction and condition of the property on the date of the inspection, identifying issues that need to be investigated to prevent serious damage or danger.
Our easy-to-use mobile software allows for an accurate and thorough survey with full photographic evidence of any damage. The inspection is intended to cover as much of the property as is physically accessible.
