Mobiess have developed the RICS Home Survey Level 1 in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as part of our Published App range, to provide a physical inspection of property and a clear, concise, and objective view of the condition of the property.
The RICS Home Survey Level 1 aims to deliver a visual inspection which allows the surveyor to describe the construction and condition of the property on the date of the inspection, identifying issues that need to be investigated to prevent serious damage or danger.
Our easy-to-use mobile software allows for an accurate and thorough survey with full photographic evidence of any damage. The inspection is intended to cover as much of the property as is physically accessible.
With clear ‘traffic lights’ ratings of the conditions of different parts of the building, services, garage and outbuildings, the high-quality pdf report shows problems that may require varying degrees of attention.
