Their FM and estates service delivery model, The Integrator, manages multiple data points across FM assets, compliance, and performance in one system.
KBR partnered with Mobiess to design and implement a mobile platform within The Integrator, giving engineers the tools to capture and manage information on-site, with instant communication to back-office systems.
Delivering consistent FM data across complex, multi-client environments
KBR needed a mobile solution that would integrate seamlessly into The Integrator platform and enable clients to collect core data in real time to support Facilities Management requirements.
A key requirement was the ability to deliver an on-premises SaaS capability that would allow engineers to manage their own workload—identifying and raising jobs as they were found, assigning them for immediate action, and resolving H&S or maintenance concerns in real time without delays.
