How Bellrock's Consulting division took their service to the next level

For one of the largest UK councils, what started as a programme focused on internal property surveys later expanded to include external surveys across the entire property portfolio.

The Consulting team used Mobiess to generate a bespoke report output tailored specifically for the council, enabling:

• Clean export of survey results and seamless direct import into their CAFM system.

• Removal of manual admin, manipulation or reformatting

• Visibility of a clear audit trail, timestamped and structured evidence.

• Streamlined data pipeline from survey > output > CAFM

The team incorporated HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) question sets directly into the Mobiess inspection workflow. These outputs are packaged and reported separately for the customer, providing clarity of hazards, scoring and required actions.

The customer also receives direct access to Mobiess dashboards, allowing them to track survey progress in real time and monitor project completion.

As the Consulting division continues to expand its use of Mobiess, more teams across the group are adopting the tool to provide a high-level of service to their clients while improving productivity.

For example, Bellrock are conducting annual building surveys and roof surveys across a large British pub chain, bringing together all the best services across the Consulting division, from the on-site data capture, to the QA and reporting side, all using the Mobiess platform.

One of the most immediate changes is the positive impact in the day-to-day experience of surveyors across the group while on site. Instead of managing manual notes, photos and disconnected evidence, teams now work through structured, digital inspections that allows them to capture data consistently and automatically tie photos against questions or actions on the go.
