Fair Usage Policy – Disk Space

We want everyone to get the best experience from the Mobiess product. To make sure our platform runs smoothly and fairly for all customers, we apply a Fair Usage Policy on disk space.

What’s Included

• Each subscription plan comes with a set amount of disk storage.
• This storage is meant for files and data created or needed while using our service.

What’s Not Allowed

To keep things fair, please don’t use your storage for:

• Personal files unrelated to the service (like photos, movies, or music).
• Large or repeated duplicate files that take up unnecessary space.
• Content that is illegal, harmful, or malicious.

If You Go Over Your Limit

• We’ll let you know if your usage goes over the included storage.
• You can free up space or choose to add more storage to your plan.
• In rare cases of extreme or repeated misuse, we may suspend or restrict access until things are resolved.
• Additional Disk space is Charged at £2.00 per full GB used over your subscription on a monthly basis.
